one of these days i need to finish this and make it work...

i think i just have to put it back together, and make it a little more robust. plus, i have to build a waterproof enclosure for the Arduino. then it is just a matter of locating it into the weather, and pointing the wind indicator North. i would like to locate it on my shop, but that isn't ready, and my camper-shop i don't think is tall enough... unless i make a temp tower.
